In addition to our Glycolide and Lactide product line, we also offer custom manufacturing services. Our facility has capabilities ranging from lab scale up to 2300 gallons. With a particular emphasis on polymer technology our technical staff stands ready to assist you in scaling up your process.

Our plant site is located on 13 acres and includes laboratories, pilot manufacturing suites, and full-scale production areas. All chemical handling sections of the facility have been designed as low particulate environments with 95%filtered air. Each area also contains UV filtered lights and windows in order to accommodate UV sensitive chemistries. The facility has also been designed for rapid future expansion.

The laboratories contain several bench hoods for synthesis and development work as well as an assortment of instrumentation. There are also two isolated pilot and small-scale production lab suites. Each isolated suite contains two walk-in hoods supplied with steam, water, compressed air and nitrogen.
